As a valued member of our Performance Marketing Team, my role is dedicated to supporting and nurturing your journey to unlock your full potential and creativity. Together, we'll soar to new heights as we enhance our Marketing Mix and strategy. Through close collaboration, we'll create and implement best practices, infuse creativity to captivate new customers, prioritize tasks for the involved teams, optimize and engage in discussions about our campaign strategies, and ensure the smooth sharing of insights across all teams.

With your passion for Online Marketing and data analysis, you have the opportunity to have a real impact on growing a loyal Gymondo customer base in several markets. Together with your team, you will drive the success of Gymondo’s performance channels by planning, implementing and managing performance marketing campaigns with a special focus on SEM.

What Type of Workout You Can Expect

• You will be responsible for creating, analyzing and managing our Google Marketing Campaigns with a strong focus on Google Search Ads for the DACH region as well as several international markets
• In time, you will also take on responsibility for other channels such as Bing Ads, GDN, App install campaigns & Facebook Marketing
• You will help to define and execute structured testing plans to improve advertising efficiency and scale
• Together with your team, you will manage a considerable advertising budget and have a significant impact on our key growth KPIs
• You will work cross-functionally with our design, content, product and data teams

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• You already gained first experience in online marketing (e.g. internship, traineeship), ideally with a focus on Google Search Marketing
• Experience in working with relevant marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor and Tableau is a plus
• You have a strong analytical, data-driven and performance-oriented mindset, with the ability to drive valuable conclusions while optimizing day-to-day performance
• You are fluent in English and German
