As a Finance Business Partner (f/m/d) at 7Mind, part of the 7NXT Health Group, you drive FP&A and act as a strategic sparring partner for our management and teams.
You improve structures, enable data-driven decision-making and support our dynamic buy-and-build growth strategy backed by a strong private equity partner.
In this role, you help expand our leading Wellbeing platform nationally & internationally - empowering millions to live healthier lives.
Your Mission
Controlling & Financial Planning
- Create, manage and develop budgets, forecasts and cost structures (including rolling forecasts).
- Build robust and automated KPI and forecasting models.
- Consolidate financial data for management reports, board presentations and ad hoc analyses.
- Conduct variance analyses and derive clear action recommendations.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Develop data-driven analysis models to support our financial and growth strategy.
- Maintain and further develop KPI dashboards in close collaboration with key departments.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across systems and reports.
Operational Finance Processes & Systems
- Support monthly and annual closings together with Accounting.
- Integrate, optimise and automate ERP, reporting and billing processes (e.g. NetSuite, Chargebee).
- Continuously enhance our reporting & controlling infrastructure.
Your Story
- Degree in business, finance, business informatics or similar.
- 2+ years of experience in Controlling/FP&A, ideally in SaaS, tech or digital businesses.
- Strong understanding of SaaS KPIs (MRR, Churn, LTV, CAC).
- Hands-on with BI tools (e.g. Causal, Tableau, Power BI) and SQL.
- Confident with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite).
- Analytical mindset, structured work style, strong communicator & team player.
- Fluent in German & English.
