  • Who we're looking for

    We are seeking a Business Controller to join our dynamic Finance team.
    You will be a pro-active finance business partner, covering a relevant role in supporting the team during the month-end closing, budget and forecast process, variations analysis and cost-control activities, in order to close the total reporting for the legal entities and ensure respect of internal and group deadlines.

    What you'll do

    • Monitor and analyze business performance, including revenue streams, costs and profit margins across various business units and regions;
    • Run business and cost control processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and integrity in reporting;
    • Support the teams in maintaining budgets, forecasts and financial targets aligned with strategic objectives;
    • Conduct regular variance analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement in revenue generation and cost management;
    • Support in the preparation of comprehensive reports, presentations and insights for senior management and stakeholders to foster decision-making processes;
    • Collaborate in continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes, systems and controls to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

    What you'll need

    • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
    • Proven experience of at least 1 year in Business & Cost Controlling within the Services industry, preferably Tech or Advertising.
    • Understanding of revenue recognition principles and cost structures.
    • Experience in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis techniques.
    • Proven Knowledge of IFRS Accounting Principles
    • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with NAV system and consolidation systems (i.e. Tagetik, HFM, etc.) is a plus.
    • Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory - therefore please hand in your CV in English.
    • Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
    • Assertivity, proactiveness and business partnership approach are mandatory attitudes for this role, to collaborate effectively across diverse international teams and stakeholders.
    • Results-oriented approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
