    Who You Are

    We're seeking a Lead/Principal Engineer for Gradle Build Tool with a proven track record of designing and building robust and high-impact systems as a part of a collaborative team. Our ideal candidate is deeply passionate about making other software engineers more productive and has experience in a similar role working on developer tools. 

    Responsibilities 

    • Driving delivery of major complex projects 
    • Designing and implementing innovative and technically challenging solutions
    • Mentor and guide other engineers

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 10+ years of software development experience
    • Extensive experience designing and building software systems
    • Deep expertise in Java and the JVM platform
    • Excellent understanding of software design, architecture, and non-functional requirements
    • Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience developing and maintaining Gradle builds
    • Experience programming in Kotlin or Groovy
    • Experience contributing to open-source projects
