Tasks
We’re looking for a smart, proactive SAP SD Support Specialist to bridge Sales, Field Services, and Accounting, ensuring smooth operations within our SAP landscape while working in a flexible hybrid setup based in Mannheim.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle in SAP, ensuring accurate creation, maintenance, and timely updates
- Maintain and update pricing and billing data in collaboration with Sales and Accounting teams
- Act as the link between Sales, Field Services, and Accounting, clearly explaining SAP processes and tools
- Support operational tasks related to SAP SD and contract workflows

Requirements
- German proficiency (minimum C1) and fluent English
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
- At least one year of experience with ERP/SAP systems; SAP SD knowledge is a plus (training provided)
- Strong cross-functional communication and organizational skills
- Digital mindset and eagerness to learn
