Position: Senior Backend Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Elicit and translate product requirements into actionable tickets, ensuring alignment with team objectives.
• Actively participate in sprint planning and backlog refinement, fostering effective communication within the team.
• Craft comprehensive technical documentation to provide clear guidance throughout the development process.
• Lead the software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prioritize non-functional aspects such as security and scalability to enhance software quality.
• Streamline DevOps processes through automation to accelerate delivery and strengthen security measures.
• Administer AWS EKS to maintain operational integrity and security standards.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (BSc) in computer science or software engineering, with 7+ years of software engineering experience, or Master's degree (MSc) with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in software design and object-oriented programming.
• Extensive experience in Bash, Kubernetes, Linux, and Python.
• Solid proficiency with AWS EC2, CFT, EKS, RDS, and S3.
• Background in DevOps methodologies using GitLab CI and Ansible
• Basic familiarity with JavaScript, TypeScript, and NodeJS
