Your mission

- Consult & Support: Deliver expert guidance on our solutions, helping customers unlock their full potential. Offer technical and strategic support throughout the entire customer journey.
- Onboarding Excellence: Lead seamless onboarding experiences, from setup and configuration to personalized training and proactive follow-up.
- AI-Enhanced Enablement: Use analytics and AI insights to understand customer needs, predict challenges, and deliver data-driven recommendations for success.
- Knowledge Creation: Develop and maintain documentation, onboarding materials, and learning resources that empower customers to work autonomously.
- Collaboration & Advocacy: Partner cross-functionally to ensure customer feedback directly shapes product innovation and success metrics.
- Data-Driven Retention: Track usage data, identify adoption trends, and translate insights into action plans that drive satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Your profile
- Languages: Fluent in French and English (additional languages welcome).
- Communication: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a true customer-first mindset.
- Experience: Proven background in B2B customer management — ideally in tech, SaaS, or the tourism industry.
- Technical Skills: Confident with Excel, CRM platforms (HubSpot experience is a big plus!), and comfortable learning API or database structures.
- Analytical Mindset: Adept at interpreting data, leveraging dashboards, and exploring AI-driven tools to enhance customer engagement.
- Proactive & Curious: Always looking for smarter, faster, more scalable ways to improve the customer experience.
