GHARAGE is the Vision Hub and Venture Vehicle backed by Gebr. Heinemann. Founded in 2019 our purpose is to innovate the travel experience and be a diverse team to partner, build and invest in the future of travel and retail. Our headquarters are in Hamburg, with offices in Berlin and Singapore.
As a junior content strategist, you will support the development of brand and content strategies that bring ideas to life across channels and touchpoints. Collaborating closely with other strategists and creatives, you translate strategic thinking into actionable concepts, frameworks, and narratives.
Tasks
- You will support the development of brand strategies for retail and experience-driven projects
- You bring creative ideas to the table and an instinct for meaningful collaborations, supporting conception, design, and production
- You act as a strategic sparring partner across disciplines, challenging assumptions and connecting the dots between audience needs, brand goals and future opportunities
- You create strategic foundations on which new ideas, concepts and projects can be realized by scanning industry- and culture-relevant trends and developments
- You craft clear, compelling strategic narratives that anchor creative work and spark alignment across internal and external teams
- You define content and social media strategies that resonate across channels, leveraging insights to build relevance, community and cultural relevance
- You implement strategy hands-on, from defining messaging hierarchies to setting up design systems
Requirements
- You have 1–3 years of relevant experience in start-up or agency environments, with a strong foundation in brand communication and strategic thinking
- You stay ahead of the curve by tracking cultural shifts, industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI tools, to ensure your strategies are sharp and forward-looking
- You have worked on visionary projects and understand how to develop long-term concepts that have an impact in areas such as retail and airports
- You communicate clearly and purposefully, confidently supporting internal alignment and external stakeholder conversations
- You create strategies that are smart and beautifully presented, building decks, narratives and visuals that inspire action
- You are fluent in English and comfortable presenting to ensure that your ideas have an impact on diverse teams and audiences
- As English is the primary language for internal and external communication, being a native English speaker is a strong plus
