We're on the hunt for individuals who consider themselves dynamic, collaborative and thrive in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for an experienced game designer who has a passion for the mobile gaming space.

Tasks

Responsibilities

Analyze user testing results and propose clear, actionable design improvements
Collaborate with engineers, artists, and product managers throughout the full development cycle
Create and maintain design documentation, feature specs, and balance spreadsheets
Deconstruct and analyze game mechanics and systems from successful titles across platforms
Design and balance core gameplay loops, progression systems, and in-game economies
Stay current with game design trends, player behavior, and industry best practices
Identify gameplay, UX, and balancing issues and recommend effective solutions
Clearly pitch and present design concepts to the team

Requirements

3+ years of professional game design experience, ideally with a shipped title
Strong knowledge of game mechanics, systems design, and balancing
Understanding of monetization strategies across mobile and/or PC platforms
Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment and collaborate in a small team
Proficiency in Excel/Sheets for system modeling and tuning
Advanced experience with Unity for prototyping and gameplay adjustments
Passion for games and strong awareness of current market trends
