Customer Service Representative with French - Positec (m/f/d)

Start date: 22.03.2024 | Location: Berlin-Kreuzberg | Weekly hours: 20 - 40 h | Working hours: Mon - Sat between 08:00 AM and 8:00 PM | Salary: 2.152 - 2.352 €/month (Fixed salary 2.152 €/month at 40h/week + performance bonus up to 200 €/month)

Tasks

• Supporting our French-speaking customer base by phone, email and chat
• Maintaining our customer database and updating all entries
• Offering individual solutions for each call

Requirements

• Fluency in French(C2-level) with very good English and/or German language skills
• Excellentcustomerserviceexpertise
• Previous experience in a customer focused or sales environment, previous contact centre experience is desirable 
• Demonstrable experience of working within a structured process 
• Proficient IT Skills (Microsoft-Office) 
• The ability to work well as part of a team 
• Being flexible and open to a new challenge 
• Willingness to learn and eagerness to learn
• Empathetic and socially competent personality
• Valid work permit for Germany
• Willingness to work in the office in Berlin
