Working Student in Finance (f/m/x)

Aufgaben

• You will be in charge of Spendesk, our expense management tool, ensuring accurate processing of all incoming invoices
• You will directly communicate with our vendors and colleagues to address any invoice-related queries
• You will assist in the preparation of monthly closings
• You will be involved in the monthly reporting process, where you will analyze actuals versus planned figures, assist in generating reports for cost center owners, and help identifying trends, variances, and areas for improvement
• You will support with the external reporting to our investors
• You will participate in automation and optimization processes, like the implementation of our ERP System

Qualifikation

• You are enrolled at a university, ideally with a focus in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration, Economics or similar
• You have first practical experience in the field of Finance
• You are available for at least 6 months
• You are proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• You are willing to learn and develop financial skills
• You are analytical, organised and you have an independent way of working
• You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in both English and German
