We are looking for a motivated and driven Working Student to work as an IT infrastructure Support Engineer (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

About the Role

You will be helping our IT Infrastructure Support team in their daily business
Help FlixBus employees to use the IT infrastructure
Provide hardware or IT services to employees
Solve IT related requests
Handle incidents

About You

Enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's degree or higher, with a focus on IT
Available for a 12-month, 20-hours-per-week contract
You have strong analytical skills and an interest in technical content
You have solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system and the Microsoft Office package
It would be beneficial, if you have experience working in IT support, have used any ticket systems, or have experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages
You are fluent in English
