  • GMI has already established a strong foothold in the French market. Your mission is to transform this position into clear category leadership by building strategic alliances with the region’s most influential platforms and enterprises—partners whose scale and credibility can put GMI in front of thousands of CFOs at once. While traditional referral and reseller models may still play a supporting role, the core focus of this position is to embed GMI directly into the financial and operational fabric of the market through deep, integrated partnerships.

    You will report directly to the Head of Partnerships and act as a strategic counterpart, while also taking a hands-on approach in the initial phase. As growth objectives are achieved, you will be responsible for recruiting and leading the local Go-to-Market team.

    Tasks

    • Take full ownership of the French P&L and drive sustainable, above-target growth
    • Establish and manage strategic partnerships with Tier-1 banks, ERP providers, and payroll platforms
    • Translate partnerships into measurable revenue through co-marketing, sales enablement, and integrated product offerings
    • Adapt pricing strategies, messaging, and compliance processes to local market needs
    • Build, lead, and mentor the regional Go-to-Market team upon reaching key traction milestones

    Requirements

    • 7+ years of experience in senior commercial or strategic partnerships roles (e.g. Country Manager, General Manager, Head of Strategic Partnerships) within FinTech, B2B SaaS, or management consulting
    • Demonstrated success in converting high-impact partnerships into €10M+ in annual recurring revenue and overseeing full budget responsibility
    • Strong executive presence and credibility with C-level stakeholders at leading banks, enterprise software firms, and large corporations
    • Deep network within the regional finance and accounting ecosystem
    • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, builder mindset – equally capable of closing enterprise deals today and developing scalable frameworks for tomorrow
    • Based in France, preferably in the Paris area
    • Native-level proficiency in French and fluent in English
