    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    Scope of the Job

     Your responsibility is bring new, top talent to our team. You collaborate closely with our recruiters, sourcers, HR team and with our hiring managers to assess hiring needs, priorities, and recruiting channels. You will help us to create a great candidate experience and  position FERNRIDE as an employer of choice. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the world of recruiting and be a key contributor to the growth of one  of Europe's most exciting startups 
     

    Leave your footprint by: 

    • Partnering with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and Human Resources to ensure best practice future talent activities 
    • Sourcing and attracting candidates directly through various platforms, professional groups, meet-ups, etc.
    • Contributing to hiring processes & procedures, employer branding and organizational.
    • Assisting in maintaining the applicant tracking system and updating candidate records
    • Providing administrative support to the talent acquisition team as needed

    What you will bring to the team?

    • Student of HR, psychology, business administration or of a comparable program 
    • Excellent communication skills and interest in interacting with colleagues, candidates and partners 
    • Excellent English communication skills in both, oral and written form (German is a plus). 
    • Strong intercultural skills. 
    • Strong team player.
