    What will you do?

    As a Remote Technical Support Specialist (f/m/d) at Fernride, you will play a crucial role in delivering efficient technical assistance to both of particularly Operations, and future external clients. Your primary responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, providing comprehensive solutions, and ensuring prompt resolution to enhance the overall performance and success of our products and services

     

    Leave your footprint by:

    • providing timely responses to technical support inquiries received through multiple channels, such as phone calls, emails, live chat, Slack, and our ticketing system.
    • effectively diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to Fernride's products, systems, or software, ensuring accurate problem identification and resolution.
    • collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems by leveraging collective expertise and resources.
    • documenting and maintain accurate records of technical issues, track their progress, and continuously monitor to ensure timely resolution and high service levels.
    • contributing proactively to the enhancement of knowledge base articles and technical documentation, enabling users to access relevant resources for issue resolution.
    • offering comprehensive, clear, and understandable guidance and support to clients or end-users, ensuring effective communication throughout the support process.
    • ensuring strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and best practices throughout the technical.

    What you will bring to the team?

    • Proven experience in a Technical Support Specialist role or similar capacity, demonstrating a strong track record in technical issue resolution.
    • Proficient in Linux operating systems with a solid understanding of troubleshooting methodologies and technical problem-solving techniques.
    • Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new technologies, tools, and processes, with an adaptable mindset to thrive in a dynamic environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of diagnosing complex technical issues efficiently and effectively.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring effective interaction with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high collaboration levels with remote teams.
    • Proficiency in English and German languages.

    To be considered: You should be open  to be dynamic depend on project-dependent/ on demand temporary support and assist with regular Teleoperation & Autonomous Vehicle Associate (TAVA) tasks with focus on Fernride's customer deployments in the port logistics domain
