Decision-ready reporting: Write concise reports and presentations for technical and non-technical stakeholders with visuals, assumptions/caveats, explicit recommendations, owners, timelines and decision triggers.
Stakeholder management & collaboration: Map stakeholder goals, align expectations early, communicate progress and trade-offs proactively, and build long-term trust through reliable delivery.
Insights-to-Action & change advocacy: Raise the flag when data contradicts plans, secure buy-in for the evidence-backed path, and follow through until changes land and results are measured.
KPI monitoring & knowledge sharing: Build/maintain reusable dashboards and queries; share patterns in brown-bags, and keep our analytics playbook current.
Experimentation support: Partner with product to scope A/B tests, define metrics/guardrails, analyse results and communicate limitations.
Your profile
A university degree with an analytical focus (or equivalent experience).
~2+ years in an analytical role (BI, product analytics, growth/performance, or similar).
SQL fluency and working Python/R for analysis and automation; version control basics (e.g., Git).
Experience with a modern BI/visualisation tool (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau) and comfort presenting to non-technical audiences.
Strong written communication: You can turn complex analyses into clear, decision-ready documents.
Product sense: you link work to KPIs, size impact/risk, and recommend the highest-value next step.
Ownership and proactiveness: you spot issues early, simplify, automate, and see work through to outcomes.
