Tasks
Your Future Tasks:
- Craft engaging and comprehensive job descriptions for various positions within the organization.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to identify top talent for open roles.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Support continuous improvement of core talent process with best practices and edge tools.
Requirements
Who We Are Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably with exposure to generalist roles.
- Proficiency in both Russian and English at an advanced level.
- Strong self-organization and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
It Would Be a Plus:
- Experience working directly with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Previous involvement in hiring business roles in addition to IT positions.
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms to streamline the sourcing process.
