  • Evoleen drives the digital healthcare revolution by creating built-to-buy start-ups in close collaboration with global corporate partners. Evoleeners are entrepreneurs-at-heart. We take ownership for the realization of our start-ups and share both risks and returns with our partners. At Evoleen, you will be joining a team of highly motivated entrepreneurs that maintains a can-do culture marked by passion, honesty, and a love of good coffee.

We are looking for someone exceptional who is driven to make a real impact on the healthcare environment across the globe, who is excited to join a start-up company and to play an active role in shaping a start-up and its ecosystem, and someone who understands this sector and who is willing to fully immerse themselves in the product.

    Tasks

We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our growing product team and lead the design efforts across a range of early-stage ventures in our portfolio companies.

You will be responsible for driving and executing the product design process, which focuses on UX, UI and user testing but encompasses a wide range of tasks. You will be involved very early in the business modeling phase. You will help the business team to create a compelling offer to our customers and to our end users by giving input to critical design and interaction processes.

Starting from the first mock-ups, you will continuously validate each design step throughout the creation process, interacting with customers and end-users to provide objective feedback about how well our products resonate with our target groups. During development, you will assist engineers in translating UI mock-ups into a real product by providing UI guidelines, prototype reviews and UI/UX validation activities until the product can be launched.

As we are creating digital healthcare products, we have wildly varying user groups. We often find ourselves in the situation where we need to change old habits of our users or motivate them to reach a certain goal. Our products often go through multiple, radical transitions until we have found something that we ultimately believe in. We are looking for someone who is willing to go into uncharted territory, for whom the experience of the journey matters more than following a pre-planned path. We are looking for someone who can work with the undefined and who thrives in a team of like-minded people, rather than working alone and doing things by the book.
