The role aims to provide profound structure and support in relevant HR processes (, SAP Successfactors, Compensation) and the further development of such as well as to report relevant HR data to stakeholders e.g. Finance Department, global HR, etc.
Aufgaben
- Manage the monthly HC reporting and ad-hoc analyses
- Control the EMEA-wide and MIS Global headcount and personnel cost planning in collaboration with stakeholders in- and outside of HR
- Calculate and provide relevant financial data for accruals, year end closing and global employee charges
- Preparation of forecasts, deviation analyses and further development of the planning process in terms of structure, IT and content.
- Manage and steer salary increase and bonus rounds
- Lead and contribute to global projects to further evolve salary- and incentive schemes as well as compensation gradings
- Contribute as a close counterpart for IT for the administration and further development of SAP successfactors globalizsation
- Act as a HR administrator of SAP successfactors including foundation object management, mass uploads, release assessments and consulting operational HR staff
- Manage and steer monthly Change Requests Cycles including stakeholder alignment (IT, other global regions on SAP successfactor instance (APAC), works council) as well as testing and communicating changes
- Support in Global-wide special projects
Qualifikation
• Bachelor or Master degree in human resources, finance or business administration
• proven professional experience in compensation and benefit tasks, HR Controlling and HR-IT topics
• experience in international work environment
• strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Affinity for IT-System- und Processes
• good command of written and spoken English
