    Your role:
    As our Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will make a significant contribution to our growth strategy. This is an amazing opportunity to scale Every’s most important growth channels, Meta and Google, as well as test . Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, you will work closely with other channel owners to improve Every’s acquisition activities.

    Your tasks:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition.
    • Manage and optimize Facebook and Google ad accounts, including allocation of 6 figure monthly budgets and ad creative development.
    • Conduct thorough analysis and reporting of campaign performance and to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine creative, landing pages, targeting and messaging for improved performance.
    • Perform in-depth creative analysis and reporting on our ads and and feedback the results to our creative team.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ecom, product, influencer marketing and CRM, to align performance marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing, and incorporate findings into strategy development.
    • Manage external agencies and partners.
    • Identify new potential channels and execute testing strategies to see if they’re a fit for Every.

    What you bring to the table:

    • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on media-buying experience, managing Facebook and Google ad accounts within the e-commerce industry, bonus points for subscription product experience.
    • Experience with additional channels like Tiktok, Pinterest or native ads a plus.
    • Proven track record of managing monthly six-figure budgets and driving measurable results in terms of NC ROAS, CAC, and new customer revenue.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights.
    • Excellent track record of constantly improving acquisition performance and scaling ad spend.
    • A passion for ad creative - you love looking at what other brands are doing and coming up with innovative ideas for our creative pipeline. You also love analysing recent creative tests and coming up with clever iterations for us to test.
    • Familiarity with measurement and attribution tools like Triple Whale or Klar and post-purchase surveys.
    • A passion for ecom and the DTC space. You listen to industry podcasts and are constantly reading about trends and new best practices in performance marketing.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Resilient and fun to work with!
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving growth and achieving business objectives.
    • Experience managing and mentoring junior team members is a plus.
