🌈 You’ll be at the heart of building Every Health into the leading LGBTQ+ digital clinic in Europe. As our Founder Associate, you’ll work side by side with our co-founders, tackling high-impact challenges from product launches to geographic expansion. This role is a fast-track into entrepreneurship, giving you hands-on exposure to strategic decision-making, operations, and growth initiatives. Whether it’s driving product evolution, negotiating key partnerships, or scaling our reach, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of LGBTQ+ healthcare — where no challenge is unsolvable.
Who we are
🤒 70% of queer people are unsatisfied with their access to adequate healthcare. 75 million LGBTQ+ people in Europe are up to 23x more likely to get sick, yet mostly lacks access to supportive care.
🚀 We are building the first digital healthcare provider for the LGBTQ+ community. Our small team of entrepreneurs and healthcare professionals is driven by a vision of equitable, accessible, and high-quality healthcare backed by renowned VCs.
Tasks
Take a front-row seat to entrepreneurship. You will be working in lockstep with our co-founders collaborating closely, sharing insights, challenges, and successes.
- Co-pilot product management: Drive the evolution of our web app by contributing to product conceptualization, design, testing, sprint planning, and managing the development team to ensure successful execution.
- Launch new products & expand geographically: Lead the development and execution of product launch strategies and geographic expansion plans. Establish and manage essential operations and partnerships while overseeing ongoing product ops.
- Growth hacking: Identify, test, and optimize innovative growth opportunities and channels to meet our goals and strengthen our presence within the community and beyond.
- Special projects: Take ownership of high-impact strategic initiatives such as negotiations with insurers, stakeholder management (including partners and investors), and scaling the team by recruiting top talent.
Requirements
You’ll excel in this role if you
- Have a Bachelor's/Master's degree from a top university in business, finance, healthcare management, or a related field
- Have previously excelled at internships/full-time gigs in high-growth, venture-backed startups, venture capital, or management consulting
- Are a proactive and compassionate character, complemented by strong analytical and communication skills
- Bring an entrepreneurial mindset — you see challenges as opportunities, build processes from scratch, and thrive in fast-moving environments where every problem has a solution
- Are fluent in German and English
- Are inspired by our mission to empower the LGBTQ+ community and break down barriers in healthcare
