About the role:

As a Working Student Workplace at Everphone, you will be involved in exciting and challenging projects…..

What you'll do:

• you’ll support the workplace team in organizing team events for over 200 people (summer parties, Christmas parties, etc.),
• kindly note that you may be required to work in both our offices - the main one located at Zimmerstrasse and the second one at Kopenicker Strasse, according to workplace needs,
• support the procurement of office supplies and equipment in collaboration with the workplace team,
• assist the Workplace Team with booking meeting rooms and catering for management meetings,
• be the point of contact for any workplace-related matters,

What you’ll need:

• fluency in English and German minimum B2,
• Enrolled in a degree program related event management, hospitality, tourism or a related field and are available for at least 1 year,
• Be communicative. Embrace open communication! We value the exchange of ideas and information, as it's fundamental to our daily operations. You'll play a key role as one of the faces of the company! Workplace team are superstars!
• Attention to detail is important to keep our workplace under control,
