Help build the sensor powering tomorrow’s climate solutions.
At Everest Carbon, we’re developing cutting-edge sensors that measure how much CO₂ is removed from the atmosphere through Enhanced Weathering — a scalable, natural solution to the climate crisis. Fueled by $3M in funding from leading carbon removal VCs, our technology is already in the field across eight countries worldwide and scaling fast.
We're looking for a practical, driven Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineer to join our R&D team at a pivotal moment. You’ll help lead the mechanical development of our next-generation sensing hardware — from concept to manufacture. This role is perfect for an engineer who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, and wants to help scale a product from 100s to 10,000s of units.
This is not a theoretical or siloed engineering role. You’ll own real product architecture decisions, work hands-on with rapid prototyping, and be deeply involved in the full product lifecycle. You'll help us bring robust, field-ready products to life — and into the hands of partners removing carbon from the atmosphere.
We Would Love to Hear From You
You don’t need to meet every single requirement to apply. We value curious, motivated engineers who want to learn and make a difference. Our team thrives on diverse experiences, backgrounds, and perspectives — and we strongly encourage applicants from historically underrepresented communities to apply.
