Supporting the Design Team by creating motion graphics and graphic designs for large brands that will be seen by millions of people
Work together with the marketing and creative team to understand project scope and objectives while contributing to the ideation process to develop engaging creative
Work with creative briefings to produce Moodboards, conceptualise and execute ideas
Learning how to manage various client needs while maintaining brand consistency
Supporting in post-production processes by selecting audio, sound effects and videos to create polished and engaging final assets
Exercise your creative freedom by using any technique you feel comfortable with, from visual effects to 2D animation or video editing.
Learning best practices for versioning control, naming conventions, and organization of graphic files

Dein Profil

You have successfully completed or are about to complete a university degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or a related field
Whether through internships, freelance work, or personal projects, you’ve gained initial experience in digital design, preferably in an agency or marketing environment
You are a proficient user of the Adobe Creative Suite (esp. Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
You have some experience with animation principles, visual effects, and timing, and you're eager to learn and improve
You enjoy keeping up with what’s trending on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
You understand the importance of brand consistency while also exploring ways to make creatives engaging and attention-grabbing for social media
You love working creatively, bring in your own ideas and have a strong attention for detail
You have strong communication skills to clearly articulate your concepts to others in English; German is a plus
