Enao Vision is an iPhone based AI solution for quality control in industrial environments. To ensure an outstanding first experience for our customers, we run structured 30-day trials that include preconfigured iPhones and hands-on onboarding.
We are looking for a Working Student who enjoys operational responsibility, customer interaction, and structured processes. You will play a key role in making sure that every trial starts smoothly, feels professional, and leads to real customer conviction.

Hardware & Logistics Management
- Manage our iPhone trial fleet
- Coordinate purchasing, shipping, returns, resale, and repairs of devices
- Ensure devices are always ready-to-use (charged, online, configured, and in good condition)
- Ship fully functional trial hardware to customers within 2 working days
- Organize returns after trials and prepare devices for the next customer
- Support resale of devices after warranty expiration (second-hand market)
Customer Trial & Onboarding Support
- Coordinate hardware shipment immediately after a customer starts a 30-day trial
- Monitor device status (online/offline)
- Ensure image quality and setup are correct
- Support labeling and basic configuration in the background
Customer Success Collaboration
- Work closely with the founder during the early trial phase
- Participate in frequent check-ins (bi-daily at the beginning)
- Help identify when customers reach their “moment of conviction”
- Gradually reduce support once customers fully own the solution
- Contribute ideas to improve onboarding, trial processes, and customer experience
Requirements
Requirements
- Enrolled student in Marketing, Business Administration (BWL), Business Informatics, or others
- Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset
- High sense of ownership and reliability
- Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented working style
- Very good communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Interest in startups, AI, and B2B technology
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Located in Berlin and intersted in working in our office (Kreuzberg)
