In this role, you’ll lead a cross-functional team focused on growing our game portfolio by driving retention, engagement, and monetization. From spotting emerging trends in the kids’ gaming space to making strategic calls on what to build next, you’ll be at the heart of our product strategy!
Lead a cross-functional game product team to drive improvements in retention and revenue across our game portfolio
Conduct market and trend analysis to identify popular themes, mechanics, and formats in the kids’ gaming space
Make strategic decisions on which games to develop
Identify high-impact growth levers to boost engagement, retention, and monetization
Design and run experiments to validate product and gameplay hypotheses
Own the product roadmap and backlog, balancing short-term live ops with long-term development priorities
Have 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the gaming industry
Demonstrate a proven track record of scaling a game with measurable revenue growth
Have a strong command of product metrics & analytics (e.g., A/B testing, cohort analysis, LTV)
Bring an analytical mindset and hands-on experience with data-driven decision-making
Are familiar with agile product development frameworks
Are business-fluent in English (our working language)
