YOUR IMPACT AT CIRCULA

Become an expert in your domain: Own Circula’s Credit Card product area — one of our most strategically relevant and fastest-growing offerings.
Master complex ecosystems: You’re eager to dive deep into topics like accounting, taxation, and compliance, and use that knowledge to craft legally sound and user-friendly product experiences.
Be a great coordinator: Many departments and external partners are involved in making the Circula Credit Card the seemless experience it is. You’re keen to ensure everybody is aligned and doing their best work.
Create exceptional user experiences: Step into the shoes of our users and buyers to understand their pain points, then turn those insights into intuitive, compliant, and delightful product solutions.
Work data-driven: Combine qualitative feedback and quantitative insights to inform decisions and validate outcomes.
Shape the roadmap: Define and drive the roadmap for your domain — aligning closely with stakeholders across the business.
Deliver cross-functional excellence: From defining features with design and engineering to enabling marketing, sales, and customer support, you own the full product lifecycle and make sure your work lands clearly and effectively with all teams.

YOUR TALENTS FOR CIRCULA

You bring min. 5 years of product management experience with a strong track record of shipping customer-facing products end-to-end.
You take full ownership of your product domain and are comfortable working across multiple teams to ensure product success from concept to go-to-market.
You thrive in complexity and enjoy tackling regulatory and financial topics with a detail-oriented and structured approach.
You work fluently with data to inform product decisions and continuously improve the user experience.
You have excellent communication skills in English and are comfortable navigating stakeholder conversations across legal, product, and business. German is a plus.
You’re motivated by impact and care deeply about delivering quality at scale.

It’s a plus if you’ve worked in fintech or if you have experience in areas such as accounting, tax, or payment infrastructure.
