IT Controlling Manager (m/f/d)

For our client, we are seeking a communicative and experienced IT Controlling Manager who can provide substantial support to the CIO on strategic matters and play a pivotal role in shaping the operational business.

Aufgaben

Monitor and report IT KPIs and performance metrics
Support IT budget planning, cost tracking, and financial governance
Ensure compliance with IT governance processes and decision-making frameworks
Act as a central interface between the CIO, IT leadership, and business stakeholders
Support strategic IT initiatives and transformation projects
Maintain documentation of processes, configurations, and functional specifications

Qualifikation

3 - 5 years of experience in a similar IT controlling, IT strategy, CIO office or PMO roles.
Experience in IT strategy, governance or IT transformation
Experience working in complex or matrix organizations
Strong project or program management skills
Very good communication and stakeholder management skills
Independent, proactive, highly reliable, thorough, and socially competent
Fluent German and English
