Your Role

Be responsible for the further development of our supply chain finance solutions in line with business objectives, evolving industry trends and regulatory requirements
Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure clear priorities in close alignment with business units and top management
Manage features throughout their lifecycle — from requirements analysis and validation through implementation and production deployment
Ensure consistency of new requirements with the existing product scope, strategic roadmap, and overall product vision
Coordinate knowledge transfer of new product functionalities through trainings for internal and external stakeholder

Your Profile

Degree in IT, Mathematics, Natural Science, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in the financial industry, as consultant, IT project manager, solution designer, business analyst or the like
Strong consulting, analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
Excellent communication skills with a proactive, client-focused approach
Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for digital transformation and superior user experience
Team-oriented motivator who inspires collaboration and drives collective success
Beneficial Certificates: Scrum Master, Product Owner, Scrum Professional, Project Management (IPMA/Prince/etc.)
Fluent in English, German language skills are a plus
