Our mission is to build a national group of property management companies to jointly address the industry's major challenges
We fully integrate acquired companies into our systems and serve clients centrally through our operating platform
We are currently looking to add a Finance Manager (m/f/d) to our highly ambitious team

Aufgaben

Lead coordination with external tax advisors and accountants to ensure accurate and timely financial accounting
Support monthly reporting and contribute to performance analysis
Coordinate group-wide financial consolidation in close collaboration with our tax advisors
Professionalize and streamline all accounting and group finance structures
Support payroll processes and assist with HR-related topics
Work closely with portfolio companies to implement cost-cutting initiatives and address financial inquiries
Drive financial integration of newly acquired companies into the group structure

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a related field
Relevant work experience in finance, accounting, or controlling – preferably in a dynamic environment such as a startup, accounting firm, private equity, or M&A setting
Strong knowledge of HGB and national accounting standards
Hands-on mentality with a structured, solution-oriented working style
Confident communicator with a high level of ownership and reliability
Proficiency in MS Office, DATEV, Personio
