Tasks
What We'd Love You To Do
- Analyze and monitor sales performance, KPIs, and profitability for our brands NEONAIL and Staylac.
- Develop and implement category strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
- Recommend pricing, placement, and promotional strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to optimize product assortment and promotional activities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales and category performance, including actionable insights.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
What You Bring
- Proven experience in sales controlling and/or category management, ideally in the beauty or FMCG sector
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- Ability to design and execute effective category strategies
- Solid understanding of market trends and consumer behavior
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Proficiency in preparing reports and presentations
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy
- Self-motivated, structured, and results-oriented working style
- Extensive knowledge of Excel and other analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP, etc.)
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written) is a must, Polish is a plus.
