    Role Overview

    We are looking for a Marketing Research Analyst to join our Customer and Business Engineering (CBE) team to focus on providing in-depth analysis and insights to our Marketing team. The CBE team is composed of data analysts, scientists and engineers focused on unifying operational data assets in our Enterprise Data Platform alongside our product data, as well as generating reporting, insights and intelligence from that data.

    In this role, you will leverage our Data Platform and AI Platform to conduct deep-dive analyses, to support the Marketing organization, turning product usage data and campaign performance into actionable insights that influence strategy, improve workflows, and enhance marketing content.

    A key focus will be on transforming raw data into actionable visualizations and insights that empower the Marketing team to deliver insight-driven content and improve workflows.


    What you'll do

    • Conduct in-depth analysis of Conductor's product data, providing relevant statistics and insights to enhance marketing content and campaign influence
    • Design and develop automated reports and data visualizations to streamline marketing workflows and improve efficiency
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Engineering, Product Management and Customer Success, to understand data requirements, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and define reporting needs
    • Leverage Conductor's Data Platform and AI Platform to perform statistical analysis and data storytelling.
    • Partner with data engineers to scale systems and infrastructure that make analysis repeatable and beneficial to a wide range of use cases
    • Provide ad hoc data analysis and reporting to address urgent marketing requests and business needs
    • Evaluate and implement new data science techniques, tools, and technologies to improve the depth and quality of data insights
    • Stay up to date on trends in Search, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Website Optimization to inform data analysis, campaign strategy, and thought leadership content.


    Who you are

    • 3+ years of experience in a data science role, preferably with a focus on product or marketing analytics
    • Strong Proficiency with SQL and Database technologies
    • Proficiency with one or more BI Tools such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, Domo, Looker, etc.
    • Experience with data visualization best practices
    • Curious and self-driven: you actively follow trends in SEO, AEO, and digital marketing and enjoy translating technical topics into actionable insights.
    • Strong commitment to Data Quality and Quality Assurance
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Good communication skills to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success
    • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and learn new tools quickly
    • You are fluent in spoken and written English
    • You have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or a related field
