  • You’re a strong communicator with a sharp eye for client needs? At CoffeeCup, you’ll play a key role in building and growing long-term customer relationships. You’ll lead discovery calls with warm leads, deliver compelling product demos, manage key accounts, and help shape our feature roadmap through direct customer insights.

    Tasks

    • Conduct discovery meetings with warm inbound leads
    • Manage and grow existing client relationships
    • Continous improvement of sales operations and funnels

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology or a related field
    • Sales mindset with a crush for technology
    • Experince in strongly technical environments, preferably in the IT consultanting or SaaS industry
    • At least 2 - 4 years' of relevant work experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
    • Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset
