Full-Stack Engineer

The time for tradesmanship in construction (”Handwerksmarkt”) is now. We strongly believe that construction companies are ready to make a huge step for proactive growth but so far lack the relevant means to do so. With CoCrafter (YC W24), we want to revolutionize the standing of this central industry of our economy by digitizing crucial work processes.

With our software, we make it easy for construction companies to collaborate on construction projects and manage all legal regulations around “subcontracting”.

We are part of the YC W24 batch, successfully closed our pre-seed with top-tier investors (successful founders, operators, construction investors), and are now expanding the team to grow even faster.

Tasks

We are looking for a driven software engineer who quickly learns and thrives in the challenging environment of an early-stage startup. We want you to speak up, build creative solutions to difficult problems, know how to prioritize, and take ownership.

What you code will be used by our customers - you create software that adds value and matters!

Requirements

• You have relevant experience in software engineering from larger projects & are comfortable making (design) decisions
• You have relevant coding experience with our Tech-stack (Typescript, Nest.js or any other node.js backend framework, React.js; Github contributions beneficial) & have experience in cloud infrastructure set-up (AWS preferred)
• You are passionate about writing clean, scalable code and solving complex problems
• You are eager to learn new technologies & able to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
• You are fluent in German and/or English and can communicate clearly
• As a plus: worked in an (early-stage) startup before
