About the Role
In this role, you will:
Design, build, and maintain modern frontend features across our core web applications and interfaces
Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend engineering to deliver intuitive, performant user experiences
Take ownership of key frontend components and contribute to architectural decisions
Develop and iterate on full-stack features, using TypeScript across the stack and Next.js on the frontend
Shape the look, feel, and functionality of data-intensive tools that empower users to understand and reduce their emissions
This role is part of the Engineering team — a group focused on building scalable infrastructure for carbon intelligence, working closely with product managers and climate scientists.
What We’re Looking For
Role Requirements
5+ years of experience building frontend and full-stack applications, ideally in SaaS environments
3+ years of production experience with TypeScript and Next.js, building and maintaining full-featured web applications
Proficiency in RESTful API integration, state management, and component-based UI architecture
Strong working knowledge of PostgreSQL or similar databases
Familiarity with Rust and/or AWS infrastructure is a plus
Structured, outcome-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills
Self-driven and comfortable working autonomously in a distributed team setting

Location: Berlin or Remote within +/- 2 hours of CET
Start date: As soon as possible
