As a Fullstack Engineer in our small, agile team, you will have ample opportunity to architect and implement solutions, take ownership of technical initiatives, and directly influence our development culture and processes.
The position can be carried out either at our Munich office or fully remotely from any location in Europe. Our company culture is characterized by a spirit of partnership, the use of cutting-edge technologies, and a strong drive for innovation
Tasks
Tasks:
- You design and implement new features using modern JavaScript/TypeScript (our
techstack: React, Next.js, Node.js, Directus) and define their architecture. You ensure clean, maintainable code and introduce best practices into our development team. - You make sure our applications remain performant and stable as user numbers grow. You leverage modern testing frameworks and drive code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
- You work closely with Product and fellow engineers to build user-centric solutions. You share your expertise with colleagues and strengthen the team through mentoring and technical discussions.
- You contribute ideas to make our development and deployment processes more efficient – from CI/CD pipelines to monitoring and automation.
- You stay up to date with the latest trends in the JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem and evaluate how new tools and frameworks can be meaningfully integrated into our stack.
Requirements
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of professional experience in software development with
JavaScript/TypeScript (frontend and backend) - Strong expertise in modern frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, Node.js)
- Experience with software architecture, testing (Jest, Cypress, or similar), and CI/CD
- Structured, reliable, and independent way of working – with an eye for both details and the big picture
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with joy in knowledge sharing
- Experience with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus
- Nice2Have: Experience with Directus
- Very good German or English skills
