    Your main tasks will include:

    • Setting up new paid campaigns and managing existing ones on Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display and YouTube) and also Microsoft Ads
    • Steering campaigns towards performance metrics, like lead volume and cost per lead
    • Optimizing every step of the user journey incl. ad asset tests and landing page tests
    • Analyzing relevant data and creating reports to gain performance insights
    • Working closely with the design & content team to produce new assets on an ongoing basis
    • Scouting latest trends in the search advertising space and conducting competitor analysis

    What we look for:

    • You have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Paid Search, Display and Video advertising
    • You are experienced in managing multiple campaigns to acquire users and leads that convert into sales
    • You can manage 6-figure campaigns and optimize towards a set of full-funnel metrics
    • You are up-to-date with the latest trends in the search and display advertising industry
    • You have a good understanding of tracking and attribution topics including pixel tracking, S2S tracking, and overall tracking parameters
    • You have strong analytical skills and know how to crunch numbers to get the right insights
    • You possess a positive attitude and solution-focused mindset
    • Ideally, you managed similar performance channels like Paid Content in the past
    • You’re fluent in English and have very good German skills
