Jobs in Germany
At Circus (Xetra: CA1), headquartered in Munich with offices in Berlin and Hamburg, we are pioneering global developments in on-demand autonomous food production. From culinary creation to production and operations, everything is powered by seamlessly integrated robotics and transformative AI.
Our foundation lies in groundbreaking advancements in robotics, driven by artificial intelligence — the long-missing link in realizing fully autonomous food automation. The time has come for a new status quo: just as autonomous vehicles are reshaping our cities and daily lives, we are redefining the entire experience of food.
Our team brings together leading minds in Robotics, AI, Engineering, and Culinary, working closely with industry-leading partners to revolutionize how food is prepared, accessed, and experienced.
Join us as we shape a future where the art of cooking meets the science of technology — and where food becomes something fundamentally new.
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our Operator Control Panel—the interface that enables on-site teams to monitor, manage, and operate our robotic kitchen units. This product is the primary gateway for day-to-day machine interaction: from startup to shutdown, from maintenance to incident resolution.
This role combines a deep understanding of industrial UX, safety-critical reliability, and cross-functional alignment. Your work will directly empower customers and operators in the field, ensure food safety, and streamline operations at scale.
You will work closely with engineering, design, culinary, and regulatory teams—ensuring the interface meets both usability standards and compliance requirements.
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with B2B or industrial platforms involving hardware-software integration.
Demonstrated expertise in building end-user interfaces for operational roles in high-stakes or regulated environments.
Familiarity with machinery interfaces, HMI, or control systems—preferably in compliance with Directive 2006/42/EC.
Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced, hardware-integrated environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
Fluent in English; German a plus.
Background in food-tech, robotics, or industrial automation.
Experience designing products for non-technical users (e.g. operators, chefs, field staff).
Understanding of HACCP, GMP, or similar operational standards.
Exposure to remote incident support and live monitoring tools.
