DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER (M/W/D)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You are responsible for the implementation of our marketing campaigns with a focus on brand & performance, including the monitoring of cross-channel KPIs for organic and paid channels.
• You will ensure the targeted planning of performance marketing measures on channels such as Google Ads, PMax, Paid Social etc. and the allocation and targeted management of a low 7-digit annual budget.
• You identify new potential for future, new modern and cross-media marketing measures, e.g. based on data such as keyword search volumes, Google Trends, etc. and derive company-specific optimization potential based on this.
• You will report directly to our Head of Marketing and work together on cross-team projects and reporting structures with a focus on performance marketing.
• You will work with cross-functional teams such as FP&A, Supply, IT and the entire marketing team on joint projects. YOUR PROFILE - IT'S WHAT MAKES YOU TICK THAT COUNTS
  
• You completed an apprenticeship or a degree with a focus on marketing, communication or business administration and have already gained at least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in an e-commerce environment/luxury segment.
• You already worked with CRM tools such as FreshWorks, engagement/CRM tools such as Emarsys, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager and SEO tools such as Sistrix and are confident in using and managing these tools independently.
• You are outgoing, speak fluent German and English and are confident, charming, results-oriented, conscientious and reliable in every situation.
• You have a strong analytical mindset and know how to analyze data skillfully and define recommendations for action for your marketing channel based on this.
• You have extensive experience with Microsoft Office products (especially Excel) and have already worked with visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI to prepare data and meaningful reports.
