For an assignment with one of our OEM customers in the premium vehicle sector, we are currently looking for a
Tasks
- Lead HMETC strategical reports and VIP events (Internal/External)
- Manage bi-weekly company-wide reporting process
- Support HMETC management on ad-hoc requests
- Coordinate HMETC-wide investment management
- Consolidate cross company operation like information related to future manpower plan
- Align with R&D Center in Namyang (South Korea) and HMG brand related regional headquarters
- Handle cross-functional team activities and exchange on complex topics
- Identify cross department synergies to propose and implement processes improvements (Technical and R&D administration)
- Adapt HMETC strategy according to ongoing market changes and global businesses
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, Engineering or related field desired
- MBA or master’s degree desired, but not required
- 5+ years of industry experience in R&D Strategy, Product Strategy, Product Planning, and/or Project Management, experience in Automotive preferred
- Ideally certified by PM systems: PMI or Prince 2
- Creative mindset as well as a problem-solving mentality
- Pro-active and self-motivated attitude
- Good communication skills a must: verbal, written, presentation
- Proficient skills in MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint and in virtual conferencing, e.g. WebEx, MS Teams or similar
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to rapidly changing business requirements
- Fluency with English language; bilingual Korean language skill an advantage, but not required
