Integration Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission

• As part of our cross-functional connectivity team, you will support the setup and optimization of various interfaces on our customers' Windows systems as well as REST API-based
• You will coordinate the process of setting up connectivity with customers, partners, and our Customer Success Team to ensure successful onboarding
• You will analyze and address customer concerns, recognise and resolve connectivity issues to increase customer satisfaction
• Together with the connectivity team and partners, you identify opportunities for improvement in our processes and connections
• As part of the team, you ensure measurability of quality and reliability in our interfaces and team processes

Your profile

• You are IT-savvy, have a degree in computer science or information technology course of study, or several years of comparable working experience
• You are experienced with ticket management tools like Jira, CRM tools like Salesforce (or similar), SQL and Excel knowledge is a plus
• You are good at structuring yourself and coordinating others, like working in a team and optimizing processes
• You like to communicate (German C1, English B2), are helpful and have a good feeling for your counterpart
• You are located in Germany
