Product Designer (f/m/x)

Your Tasks

• Drive informed design decisions to bring functional B2B products into our users' hands across all platforms
• Drive design and user-experience through the whole lifecycle - research, prototyping and iterative testing
• Understand the user centred design process and user experience principles
• Align rapidly within your cross-functional team of product managers, engineers and other stakeholders to bring great products to life
• Conduct research and analyse qualitative and quantitative data to improve our product and delight our users

Your Profile

• 2+ years of experience in product teams and good knowledge with current industry standards tools like Figma.
• Hands-on and relevant product design experience, prototyping and user testing
• Experience operating in a highly cross-functional environment to bring products from idea to launch
• Relentless drive and ownership for identifying problems and coming up with innovative ways to meet our users' needs through iteration and research
• Verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus), with the ability to reduce complexity and align stakeholders across the organisation
