We are looking for a data-driven funnel wizard (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team. 🚀 ✨

If you're the kind of person who is comfortable with numbers, lives and breathes data, has an unwavering drive to optimize e-commerce stores and loves tinkering with funnels, then we want to hear from you!

You will be part of the marketing and e-commerce team and work closely with the 5 colleagues and the management.

Aufgaben

• Funnel & multichannel strategy development, support & implementation
• Performance Marketing: Strategic planning, implementation, monitoring & reporting:
  - Responsibility for Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing, etc. to increase performance
  - Management of external agencies (SEA, SEO) and internal teams
  - Monitoring with external tools such as Triple Whale
• Shopify optimization:
  - Strategic planning, analysis and optimization of customer journey and conversion
• Amazon Shop:
  - Conversion optimization (for all European marketplaces)
  - Setup, placement and optimization of ads on the Amazon platform
  - Selection and optimization of product listings
• Strategic planning and optimization of email marketing campaigns

Qualifikation

• Proven experience in the development and implementation of successful funnel and channel strategies in D2C e-commerce (at least 2-3 years)
• Analytical skills and the ability to make data-based decisions
• Profound knowledge of performance optimization and analysis
• Good knowledge of English; knowledge of German is an advantage, but not essential
• Structured, independent and highly accurate way of working
• Active solution mentality and willingness to acquire new knowledge independently (you just like to get hands-on 🙂)
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and flexibility
