Our vision at Bring! Labs is to simplify daily shopping for people around the world. Our “Bring!” and “Profital” apps are used in millions of households to organize daily shopping, discover new delicious recipes and find the best local deals.

We help brands and retailers to reach out to their existing and future customers. We provide them with the most relevant advertising platform to showcase and promote their products at the right time: during the planning and execution of their household shopping.

About this role

Our data team uses various methods to transform raw data into relevant insights. In this role, you’ll create algorithms and conduct statistical analysis. Overall, you’ll strive for efficiency by aligning data systems with business goals.

The role includes the following:

Analyze and organize raw data from our mobile applications
Perform extensive statistical analysis for A/B testing
Evaluate business needs and objectives, ideate solutions
Interpret trends and patterns, create reports with insights
Build Machine Learning models for predictive features
Closely collaborate with the data engineers on the team

Requirements

We have high ambitions and the vision to change the way users and customers plan and organize shopping. For this position we are looking for someone with substantial experience in Data Science.

You are the right fit if you have:

Solid experience applying Data Science and Machine Learning in scalable, cloud-based data environments
Strong understanding of statistical concepts and their practical application
Hands-on experience with Python and excellent command of SQL
Experience with modern data and analytics platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake
Good understanding of BI and self-service analytics solutions as well as Data Engineering principles
Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS (including EMR)
Familiarity with Java/Scala and Spark is a plus (current platform technologies)
Curiosity and interest in emerging AI tools, technologies, and best practices
Fluent English is required; German is a plus
