Your responsibilities

Perform triage of returned devices by reproducing and analyzing reported issues, executing necessary repairs, and ensuring product reliability through final functional tests.
Document all repair activities in detailed reports and support Export & Logistics with invoicing related to repairs.
Coordinate and oversee outsourced repairs, including communication with external suppliers, progress tracking, and quality control of completed work.
Collaborate closely with R&D, Production, and Support teams to identify root causes of issues, propose improvements, and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for internal teams and external partners.
Provide repair-related insights to colleagues to facilitate effective communication with end-users and distributors, ensuring transparency and high customer satisfaction.

Solid knowledge in electrotechnics and measurement technology, combined with strong skills in systematic troubleshooting and documentation.
Proven manual skills, particularly experience in hand soldering of surface-mounted devices (SMD).
Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
Reliable, accurate, and conscientious way of working.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
High willingness to learn and readiness for continuous professional development.
