Staff Product Analyst, Rider Experience
We are looking for an experienced Staff Product Analyst to join our RiderX product group and lead a team of analysts to help us scale and improve the experience of many millions of riders using our app globally.

At Bolt, our Rider Experience team is passionate about creating a fast, user-friendly, and enjoyable ride-hailing experience. As a catalyst for discovery, you will drive the product strategy and lead a team of analysts to solve business problems across the end-to-end rider experience journey.
In this role, you will address complex challenges related to growing and retaining our use base, optimising our end-to-end booking funnel and making sure our app supports various types of ride-hailing journeys to grow demand. - Leading and coaching a team of 2+ analysts to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence to build a high-performing product analytics team
- Continuously developing your understanding of our marketplace, especially the demand side of it, and driving discovery of new opportunities to inform and steer the RiderX product strategy
- Identifying funnel optimisation opportunities, analysing user behaviour patterns and gathering feedback to enable actionable insights for product development
- Designing relevant and actionable metrics and owning A/B testing best practices to make better and faster product decisions
- Driving and contributing to the conceptualisation and development of analytical solutions, such as self-service data products or user segmentation
- Closely collaborating with your partners in Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, and other functions to drive forward cross-functional product and analytics initiatives and ensure seamless execution
- You hold a university degree in Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Management or similar studies
- You have 4+ years of experience working in Product Analytics and/or Data Science, including 1+ years of managerial experience
- You rank your SQL skills as "outstanding" & Python/R skills as "profound" and you have experience with BI tools and data visualisation
- You have strong business acumen, an entrepreneurial mindset and possess outstanding communication and leadership skills, with the ability to decompose complex solutions and insights into a clear narrative
- You have a solid understanding of end-to-end A/B testing, especially in user-based testing scenarios, and some experience with causal inference methods
- You have experience in consumer-facing analytics and a high interest in the bigger picture, the ability to understand, contribute to and steer product strategy
