We're looking for a Country Manager to join the Bolt Drive team to build, manage and scale our carsharing business across Germany.
This strategic role will be the interface between our business and the key country stakeholders (i.e. regulators, government officials, local communities etc). You will be working closely with the local operations team, Regional manager, HQ teams (i.e. Growth Analytics, Marketing, Product, Regulatory, CS).

<strong>About the role</strong>
As a Country Manager, you will be responsible for leading the market, developing and nurturing critical relationships that will grow our business, strengthen our position and build riders growth, engagement and retention while managing a high-performing team.
<strong>Your daily adventures will include:</strong>
- Lead and guide Bolt Drive business operations in Germany, emphasizing team development and adaptability
- Setup and scale operational processes
- Define and reach business goals, mainly focused on business growth, profitability, and stakeholders' great experience

Assume responsibility for the P&L, steering revenue growth, ensuring profitability, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. -
Analyse metrics and implement projects to improve operational and financial city metrics. We are a data-driven company - Work closely with Regional Manager and HQ teams to resolve any operational or product issues
<strong>About you:</strong>
- You have 6+ years of experience in an operations management or general management role
- You are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel skills
- You are a strong leader and collaborator with excellent negotiation and communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and German
- You are comfortable with developing business frameworks to support your strategies and decisions
- You have a strong sense of ownership with a hands-on approach
- You are passionate about new technologies and ride-sharing
- You are a hustler, not stopping after several obstacles a day
