Through our web app, we currently inspire over 900 companies and trainers as well as 500.000 of their customers and employees with our Learning Management Software every day.

Your tasks:

You will join our international and agile team of currently 4 full-stack developers.
The distribution of your working time will be approximately:
- 60% new features
- 28% maintenance and bug fixing
- 1% client support
- 1% document writing
- 10% meetings
You will be responsible for contributing to the application’s architecture in addition to intensive, design orientated development on Frontend code as well as on Backend.
Code reviews and pair programming are essentials to ensure the quality of your code.
You will virtually meet with your team on a daily basis and actively contribute your ideas and exchange your knowledge.

What we are looking for:

You already have at least 5 years of professional experience in our technologies: Javascript/Typescript, Node.js and React.js. Optionally, you are experienced in Meteor.
You are passionate about writing well-structured, efficient and maintainable code as well as actively keeping the quality of the code base in check.
If you have knowledge of databases, ideally mongoDB, that would be a benefit.
You have been able to work with agile working methods and can identify yourself with the agile mindset.
You can communicate in English fluently on a conversational and technical level.
You can identify yourself with our product and are motivated to support our team in the goal of taking the future of digital learning to the next level!
