About the role:
Bei Billie gestalten wir die Zukunft des B2B-Zahlungsverkehrs neu, und unser Underwriting-Team ist der Motor für unser ambitioniertes Wachstum. Verstärke unser Team als Kreditanalyst*in! Wir suchen dich, wenn du Lust hast, Dinge anzupacken, starke Beziehungen zu unseren Merchants aufzubauen und innovative Risikostrategien zu entwickeln, die unsere Expansion fördern und gleichzeitig unsere Profitabilität sichern.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Zusammenarbeit mit großen Merchants: Arbeite eng mit unseren größten Partnern zusammen, um smarte, maßgeschneiderte Risikostrukturen zu schaffen, die auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse jedes Unternehmens eingehen.
- Eigenständige Entscheidungen treffen: Übernimm die Führung beim Underwriting komplexer Deals jenseits der Standardprozesse. Hier sind dein tiefes Verständnis für Geschäftsrisiken und kreatives Denken gefragt.
- Die Zukunft unserer Produkte mitgestalten: Spiel eine Schlüsselrolle dabei, Richtlinien und Prozesse zu designen, die den Launch und die Erweiterung unseres innovativen Buy-Now-Pay-Later (BNPL)-Angebots und unser internationales Wachstum unterstützen.
- Risiko-Monitoring & Alerts vorantreiben: Du baust moderne Monitoring-Systeme auf und implementierst sie, um Risiken für unsere wachsende Kundenbasis im Blick zu behalten und zu managen.
Who we are looking for:
- 3-4 Jahre Erfahrung: Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in der Kreditrisikoanalyse und der Bewertung von Jahresabschlüssen von KMUs, idealerweise im B2B-Bereich.
- Wir sind ein Fintech. Du bringst den "Fin"-Teil mit – und bist begeistert und neugierig auf den "Tech"-Teil unserer Arbeit. Skalierbare Lösungen sind uns wichtiger als Routineaufgaben.
- Know-how in E-Commerce, Kreditmanagement oder Payments: Bonus Runden gibt's, wenn du schon im E-Commerce, Kreditmanagement oder für Payment Provider gearbeitet hast.
- Eigenverantwortlich und proaktiv: Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung ("Ownership"), ergreifst Initiative und suchst immer nach Wegen, Prozesse zu verbessern und Ergebnisse zu erzielen.
- Fließend in Englisch, Deutsch wäre ein großes Plus.
