About the role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Collections Portfolio Manager to join our team. In this role, you will have an exciting opportunity to oversee and optimise our collections ecosystem and strategies across multiple markets. You will collaborate with cross functional teams and external vendors, including insurance companies, debt collections agencies, and software providers. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in developing and improving dashboards to evaluate the performance of our late portfolio, enabling data-driven decision-making. You will be a driving force in shaping and growing our collections and late portfolio management set up internationally.

What you will be doing:

Oversee the management of our collections portfolios, ensuring optimal performance and spotting risks and opportunities
Develop and implement strategies to enhance effectiveness and efficiency at different stages of the receivables life cycle.
Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize portfolio performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Risk to align collections strategies and Product to enhance buyer experience
Analysing and evaluating external vendor performance and drive improvements
Stay abreast of industry developments and regulatory changes affecting collections practices.

Who we are looking for:

You have experience in collections, operations, with a deep understanding of collections strategies, processes, and industry standards
You have strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data to drive informed decision-making
You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders and vendors at various levels
Knowledge of international collections practices, compliance and regulatory framework is highly desirable
You are fluent in English, German is a plus
